We all know people love tea and cookies. They’re a great combination—that’s why I’m diving into a tantalizing collaboration with The Daly Bagel. You will be able to purchase my London Fog cookies (along with a few other Daly Bagel treats) from December 7 - 12 (while supplies last). I will be selling and signing cookbooks on Sunday!

The Daly Bagel is an Oak Park shop serving up East Coast bagels with a Midwest twist. Made of the finest ingredients, a pinch of nostalgia, and a heap of creativity, their menu is full of flavor, from garlic to gingerbread. They truly have a bagel for everyone, every day!

All proceeds from the cookie sales will be donated to my favorite local children’s charities: Hephzibah Children’s Association and The Oak Park River Forest Infant Welfare Society.

London Fog Cookies

If you like lavender and Earl Grey tea, then you'll love these cookies. It's classic shortbread mixed with Earl Gray tea and smothered in a classic confectioners sugar based icing that is infused with vanilla and lavender. Get the recipe.
